We monitor their performance on each and every project for quality assurance. Rest assured that our handpicked installers have the knowledge and experience to deliver the best installations while utilizing the most up to date techniques.
Our vetting process makes sure all of our Installers:
1 Have a C-10 license Electrical Contractor (Solar is an Electrical system)
- Solar is a electrical system and should be installed by electricians, be cautious of the C46 solar license
2 Have an active license in good standing with the California CSLB
- We verify the installer has not shut down a prior license under another name, common practice to dodge liability
3 Have been installing solar at least 5 years
- Avoid the natural learning curve, electrical systems are complicated
4 Meet the CSLB’s bonding and workers compensation insurance requirements
- We check to make sure the installer has consistently carried coverage over the years
5 Carry General Liability Insurance coverage and a Business license
6 No outstanding issues with the Better Business Bureau
In addition, we visit prospective installers works in progress to assess installation standards; Rack mount location, wire runs, conduit bends, Inverter location, panel locating, shade awareness, finishing details, etc....
